Brent Wrisley
Brent Wrisley is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PUNCH Cyber Analytics Group. With over 20 years of global cyber operations experience, Brent launched PUNCH to deliver disciplined, no-nonsense solutions to the front lines of cyber defense. As a founding member of DHS’s US-CERT, he played a pivotal role in shaping the federal response to cyber threats in the post-9/11 era, leading interagency coordination and technical operations.
At PUNCH, Brent drives the company’s mission to deliver decisive, field- proven capabilities to government and industry partners. His leadership emphasizes operational clarity, mission impact, and technical rigor — ensuring every solution delivers real outcomes.

Chris McIlroy
Chris McIlroy is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of PUNCH Cyber Analytics Group. With a background in homeland security and cybersecurity
strategy, Chris has spent his career helping public and private sector organizations navigate complex risk environments. From launching state homeland security operations post-9/11 to advising national security initiatives at DHS, DoD, and the European Commission, Chris brings a mission-first perspective to every challenge.
At PUNCH, Chris ensures operations stay aligned with the company’s core values: grounded expertise, collaborative execution, and a relentless focus on real-world impact. His leadership reflects the belief that cyber defense is a team sport — built on focus, discipline, and agility.

Mike Geide
Mike Geide is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of PUNCH Cyber Analytics Group. A seasoned expert in advanced analytics and threat detection, Mike has held critical technical roles at US-CERT and in the private sector, specializing in operationalizing threat intelligence and scaling detection frameworks to meet real-world mission needs.
At PUNCH, Mike leads research, development, and technical strategy, ensuring every capability is sharp, focused, and field-ready. His approach to technology is clear: build what works, improve what matters, and ignore what doesn’t. Whether advancing detection frameworks, automation pipelines, or applied data science, Mike brings a field-first mindset and a relentless commitment to arming defenders with the tools they actually need.
